Description
Thyme is utilized as a herb in cooking. Its taste is intense and it is used on fish, meats, sauces and cheeses, stews and soups. It also pairs excellently with roasted aubergines and baked peppers. Further, we use it to make marinades and also to flavor olive oil, vinegar and black olives. Thyme, like our other herbs, is collected from the mount of Parnon with great care and then dried naturally in order to maintain its valuable botanical propensities. When consumed as a decoction, it has digestive and antitussive properties and contributes to the treatment of influenza and the common flu.
