Change of Mind
Because you are buying food / beauty products, we DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind.
Please ensure before checkout that you want the specific items / products you are ordering.
Wrong Order
If you have chosen by mistake the wrong product when checking out on our website (liotrivi.shop) and have finalized payment, don’t worry please just contact us straight away (click here) and we will organize the correct product that you wish depending on availability and pricing.
If a price different occurs we will explain via phone or e-mail what to do.
But if the product has been packed & shipped out then we cannot do much more about it.
Once Delivered
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3-Days from confirmed delivery to contact us with the issue. If there has been a mistake from our part, we will correct it immediately either by product replacement / product value reimbursed depending on the situation.
Damages and issues
We have put a great effort in producing superb quality products for consumption. If your products arrive from the courier damaged (bottles or Jars) and not the external (delivery box) or there are signs of cracks or leaks (bottle) DO NOT OPEN IT and under no circumstances eat it.
Please contact us straight away via the contact form or our e-mail and forward please 2 photos of the bottle/Jars where it is cracked or leaking and one photo of the delivery box with the damaged side. Please do not worry as we will take care of this issue straight away by sending the same product as ordered with no additional cost. We aim to provide you and your family for many years with premium quality food products and to build your trust towards us as a reliable supplier.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please be sure before placing an order with us.
Exceptions Refunds/Products
If for some reason the courier loses the package and you do not receive it please contact us at sales@liotrivi.shop after the estimated delivery time and we will investigate straight away and once confirmed we will either issue you a refund or send out the same order straight away.
