An innovative, one of a few, superfood EVOO stemming from Kalamata (the Kalamon) tree or otherwise known as the Kalamata Olive. This exceptional produce is characterized by its advanced polyphenolic content (oleacein and oleocanthal) comprising of a booming 500 to 2,000 mg of polyphenols per liter.
