Monemvasias Vineyards – DRY ROSE
A fruity version of a blushed organic Agiorgitiko rosé that takes over the show in every fine summer dining table. Its thoroughly established vinification of mild interventions offers a wine with juicy fruit and crunchy acidity that impresses with its simplicity. Its predominant flavor consists of strawberries, cloying cherries and the sweet and sour whiff of sour cherries, within a seductive veil of charming vanilla. Bestowing a rich rose cool color, medium body, elegant structure and balanced acidity, it expresses an accurate summer dimension that is representative of its variety and its terroir.
From the vineyards of Liotrivi Organic Estate where the harvest is carried out manually between mid to end September and the wine is stored in oxygen-isolated stainless still tanks.
It pays perfect accompaniment to any Mediterranean summer table with dishes such as raw / steamed shellfish, fried fish, marinated seafood, all sorts of fresh salads or greens, fried appetizers (such as saganaki, croquettes, etc.) pasta with aromatic sauces (basil, tomato, pepper), pies as well as tarts with cheeses and herbal greens. Add to the above some lemony poultry, grilled fish, fine dolmades and an assortment of our best-selling Plum Olives marinated in sweet-lemon for robust aromas and blends, as well as an absolute harmony with goats’ cheeses: you could even create a complete “Vineyards of Monemvasia Rosé” dinner!
